Build your own Software Defined Radio (SDR)

This project describes how to build you own Software Defined Radio (receiver part).

Starting from an antenna, amplifiers, mixer, filter, ADC, FPGA a FM radio signal is received and demodulated in software.

All the blocks for amplification, mixing, filtering and ADC were self designed and are described with drawings and explanation. Small PCBs for each block were produced and connected by Coax-cables.
