A GNU Radio Source Block for the FT232H USB 2.0 controller

Here comes the documentation on how to write a source block for GNU Radio interfacing the FTDI FT232H USB 2.0 controller.

This is particular interesting when one is willing to build an own Software Defined Radio (SDR) using an FPGA which is connected via USB to a computer. But also if one for example wants to use GNU Radio as a primitive scope GUI or anything where one wants to communicate via USB in GNU Radio.
